SCCA Novice Permit with a least one satisfactory rating and no unsatisfactory ratings. At least one SCCA driver school successfully completed. Private schools may not count as some schools can be successfully completed without ever completing a pass under race conditions.
You may request observation at any NASA-VA HPDE event in the Advanced Group. Observation may be as simple as one completed successful session. You may then request a NASA Regional Provisional Race license.

You may request observation at any NASA-VA HPDE event in the Advanced or Instructor Group. Observation may be as simple as one completed successful session. You may then request a NASA Regional Provisional Race license.

Completion of one SUCCESSFUL NASA Advanced event (6 sessions over two days is considered as an event).
